It is my belief much of fitness is for naught without proper nutrition to propel & sustain you. I believe in lifestyle changes; I DO NOT promote diets or “get fit quick schemes”.
In our one hour consultation we will go over your current eating habits, your past eating habits, your current BMI, where your BMI should be as a general standard, and your personal goals. By the end of our consultation you will have a nutritional plan, a hard set goal to achieve, as well as access to a private Facebook group where you will receive training tips, nutritional recipes and be surrounded by like minded individuals holding each other accountable to achieve their goals. This is a marathon we will run together.
